Therapy

“Doing hard things makes hard things easier.”

Do you or your family member ever feel crippled by, unable to overcome, or try to avoid anxious moments in your life? Ever have unrealistic expectations that cause significant anxiety but at the same time you believe these expectations are necessary to meet your goals? Do you ever feel so bad about your body that you refuse to eat or obsessively control your eating while feeling as though you need to constantly exercise to burn off calories or even try to rid of calories in other unhealthy ways?

I have experience working with people aged 10 years and up who have difficulty achieving victory over their anxiety, food, and mood-related struggles. I also have experience working with people who face Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and have a professional membership with the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation.

Call to schedule an initial assessment. We can look at the difficulties you are facing and begin to set specific, realistic, practical, and gradual goals to face one fear at a time. It’s hard work, but it will be worth it. Your life is worth the fight.
