As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over two decades of nursing experience, I specialize in comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, targeted medication management, and brief supportive psychotherapy. I regularly partner with clients who deal with anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, perinatal mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and sleep difficulties.

Our collaborative sessions focus on thorough clinical diagnostic evaluations and exploring evidence-based treatment plans to support your long-term wellness. My approach is deeply compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental.
