“Healing takes time, and asking for help is a courageous step.”
Individual Counseling
I am passionate about supporting children, teens, and adults from all walks of life as they navigate life’s challenges. I work with individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns, and I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, distracted, emotionally exhausted, or simply not like yourself, therapy can be a place to pause, reflect, and begin moving forward. I offer a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings while working together to build a personalized plan for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT). These methods help clients develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and navigate daily stressors with greater confidence.
I believe everyone deserves a safe and encouraging space to explore their options, manage symptoms, and become the best version of themselves.
